It is simply amazing how quickly time passes as an adult. Connor celebrated his 8th birthday today. We attempted to go to Six Flags. It took two hours to get there with construction on 30 and the parking lot was FULL and they were sending people over to The Ballpark to park. We decided against it since we would have to wait for hours to ride each ride. Luckily, we bought season tickets so we can go again another day. We ended up having lunch at Macaroni Grill then headed over to the Plano Bowl for a couple games.
He really does like it despite the look on his face!
Connor was up at 8:03 waking us up to open presents. He got a guitar, drum, harmonica, Army BDU's a new camolflouge bed spread. He seemed happy but we have a headache from all the music he and his sister have attempted to create.

Well, the kids are off this week for Spring Break. What are we going to do ALL week. I have a closing on Thursday, Connor's birthday is Friday and we would like to make a trip out to Six Flags. The kids have been busy playing with friends in the neighborhood and I've been doing the usual clothes shopping for the kids for the new season that is upon us. They have come out with the adjustable sizing on the waist for kids now they need to come out with adjustable clothes to fit all ages. I need to look into that, don't steal my trademark idea.
Connor attended a soccer clinic at Boyd High School yesterday and had a great time. The boys soccer team was awesome with them, he wants to do it again in the summer.

As I mentioned in yesterday's post we watched Ellaina last night. She loves Courtney and vice versa. We had so much fun with her and she is such a little busy body. I tried to get a picture of the two of them and Courtney literally had to hold Ellaina in a tight grip to avoid the little girl from running off. Here they are:

Yes, it is true. We have had 2 snow days in March. The first on Tuesday the 4th, then we had a 70 degree day Wednesday and snow again on Thursday. Thursday had huge snow flakes coming down. It was absolutely beautiful! The kids have been loving it and it is a nice change of scenery!
Connor had his last basketball game today and a party tonight to get his trophy at Scotty P's. I showed houses and I HOPE my buyer will make a decision and not miss out on a great home. We are watching Ellaina tonight so Kim and Brad can go out with friends. I can't wait, she is such a little pistol!

The kids are beyond excited to wake up to fresh powder on the ground and school delayed two hours. They got bundled up in their long johns and headed out to make snow angels, bounce the snow off the trampoline and walk to Aunt Kim's for an egg so I can make a warm breakfast of pancakes.
Anyhow...sorry for the delay in posting. Kim and I have been busy with listing appointments and recovering from being sick. I'll post more soon. Have fun in the SNOW.
