Mexican Cheesecake

2 rolls crescent dough
Filling:
2 - 8 oz. Cream cheese (softened)
1 C sugar
1 tsp vanilla
Top:
½ stick melted butter
½ C sugar mixed with 1 Tbl cinnamon
Spray 13 x 9 pan with cooking spray. Spread 1 roll of crescent dough in bottom of pan. Mix filling ingredients and spread over dough. Spread second roll of crescent dough over filling.
Pour melted butter over the top. Sprinkle sugar/cinnamon mixture over the buttered top.
Bake at 350 degrees for 30 minutes.

Kym is about to turn 30!

We surprised my sister-in-law, Kym, on Friday night with a girl's night out at Hotel ZaZa.

We had a blast and a few of us stayed the night. Once everyone arrived at the hotel we headed over to Patrizio Italian Restaurant for a great dinner. The food was great and the atmosphere was fun, the only drawback was it was so loud inside that it was hard to hear everyone talking. Especially with a group of 9!

After dinner we headed to the hotel club which is out by the pool. We had a couple of beverages and I enjoyed people watching.

Kym....Hope your "real" birthday is a blast in MN with all your family and friends up there on August 22nd.

July 13th.....T day!

I found out last night my GFI Toni(GFI=BFF but is a silly combination of letters that we refer to one another by due to texting spell checker) is MOVING to New Jersey. She got a promotion with Target and has the opportunity to start a new position with them. It makes me really sad because she has become like a sister to me and I will miss not having her around on a daily basis to laugh or cry with. I hope she knows how much she will be missed and that I love her!

Here we are last weekend at Brad's 30th party. She is next to me.

Happy 4th of July

Happy 4th Everyone! We are headed to my dear friend, Janet's home for her annual 4th of July Celebration. She and her husband Justin host the nicest bbq ending with fireworks shot off over Lake Grapevine that we can see from their front yard. I hope everyone has a happy, safe and memorable 4th!

Lazy days of summer

Kids and I headed over to Toni's for a swim this afternoon. They had fun and enjoyed the change of scenery.

Elementary school graduate!

What a fun day for Courtney. Started off with a 9:00 graduation ceremony and slideshow. Afterwards, the kids walked down the hallway of the school for the last time and the younger grades made signs and cheered for them. Now, they are at the Stonebridge Ranch Beach Club for a beach bash!
